Recently, Ziking and Ziking Marine Engineering have successfully passed the rigorous certification by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB), earning the prestigious CSA W47.1 certification for steel structure fusion welding. As the first domestic manufacturer to hold multiple international authoritative certifications including API, CWB, EN1090, and ISO3834, Ziking has further strengthened its global competitiveness in high-end equipment markets such as oil and gas pipelines, wind power foundations, and offshore platforms.
CSA W47.1 certification is renowned for its "multi-dimensional review, extended duration, and stringent requirements." The certification process comprises seven key modules: welding procedure qualification, welder skill assessment, quality system operation, equipment metrological calibration, and on-site consistency review. Any non-compliance at any stage results in immediate disqualification. Ziking's first-time certification success stems from over two decades of relentless quality improvement, marking a new milestone in its ability to achieve international and standardized quality management.
In recent years, Ziking has leveraged its comprehensive quality management system to deliver hundreds of thousands of tons of offshore and pipeline pipes to regions including Western Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Africa. Its quality policy—scientific management, customer-first approach, quality leadership, and pursuit of excellence—has earned consistent acclaim from international clients. Going forward, Ziking will continue to refine every detail with high standards and rigorous requirements, consistently delivering premium products that ensure clients' peace of mind and project reliability.
