Our Qinzhou Base is located in the Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone, part of the Guangxi Pilot Free Trade Zone. Its production area spans approximately 230,000 square meters and features eight monopile production lines capable of manufacturing wind turbine monopiles with a maximum weight of 4,500 tons and a maximum diameter of 15 meters. The Base also supports the production of floating foundations, marine aquaculture structures, and other related steel products.

The Qinzhou Base comprises two main factory buildings, i.e., one monopile workshop with two bays covering 40,000 square meters (each bay measures 370m in length × 54m in width × 39m in height), equipped with three 350-ton cranes and two 100-ton cranes per bay, and one full-pipe coating workshop with two bays spanning 7,100 square meters (each bay measures 250m × 36m × 25m). Auxiliary facilities consist of a coating workshop (two spraying and two coating lines), a hazardous waste storage area, office buildings, and storage yards. The Base’s 307-meter-long wharf has a draft depth of -9 meters at zero tide level, enabling it to accommodate vessels of up to 100,000 tons.
