We have established an enterprise technology center led by senior engineers with rich welding process experience and doctoral degree in welding，and have established close cooperative relationships with domestic professional institutions and research institutes in pipe manufacturing,welding, and other fields such as Tianjin University and Harbin Institute of Welding.

The center also has a group of international and professional technical personnel, including more than 600 persons with Welding Engineers of International Institute of Welding, CWI of American Welding Society, NACE coating level II inspectors，ASNT TC-1A level II NDT inspectors, ISO 9712 level III/II NDT inspectors, NDT inspectors of Special Equipment, welders of China Classification Society, ISO14732, ISO9606-1 and AWS D1.1.

Mechanics Laboratory:The Mechanics Laboratory is equipped with universal testing machines, Vickers hardness testers/Brinell hardness testers, drop weight tear testing machines, Charpy impact testing machines, and other experimental equipment. It is capable of conducting various mechanical experiments, including bending, tensile, impact, and more.

Chemistry Laboratory:The Chemistry Laboratory is equipped with a SPECTRO full-channel direct-reading spectrometer, which is capable of rapidly analyzing 30 elements simultaneously.

Metallographic Laboratory:The Metallographic Laboratory utilizes a metallographic analyzer to conduct standardized or quantitative analysis of the structural and morphological characteristics of welded joints.

Welding Laboratory:The Welding Laboratory is capable of performing single-wire and multi-wire welding to meet a variety of welding process requirements.
