On April 12, 2025, Ziking organized a special meeting on the 2024 annual work summary and 2025 annual work plan for all the heads of functional departments, division leaders and management teams at the Qinzhou base. The meeting was presided over by Executive President Jia Qinghao.

The meeting began punctually at 10 a.m. First, Zhongshan Manufacturing Branch Factory, Ziking Marine Engineering , Qinzhou Manufacturing Branch Factory, and Hefei Manufacturing Branch Factory successively reported on their production situations for 2024. Based on the production targets set at the beginning of the year for 2025, each branch factory respectively reported on their work plans from aspects such as production planning, safety management, and equipment support. Subsequently, the South China Technology Center, the Guangdong Comprehensive Management Department, and the Finance Department also made their reports in turn. Through the reports of each department, the overall production situation, technological innovation, business work, financial status and other aspects of the company have been clearly presented.

After the reports from various departments were concluded, Executive President Jia Qinghao, on behalf of Ziking's management team, delivered a summary report on the 2024 business operations and the work plan for 2025. .He conducted an in-depth analysis and summary of our achievements and shortcomings in the past year, including order acceptance, completion of production targets, major economic indicators, safety management achievements, and technological process innovation.However, it is also necessary to face up to the problems and shortcomings exposed in the production and operation over the past year. In the work plan for 2025, he elaborated on aspects such as seizing the development opportunities of the international market, capacity allocation of the four major bases, stable protection through safety management, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement in management and operation. He emphasized that 2025 is a crucial year for Ziking's four basic production capacities to be fully released and achieve increased production and efficiency. All levels of the company should have a profound understanding of the severe situation and arduous tasks currently faced, and with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, earnestly implement all the key tasks deployed at this meeting.

At the meeting, President Qiu Yun expressed great concern about our recent key projects, especially inquiring in detail about the production progress and pain points of the European wind power project. He highly affirmed the efforts of the production management team, as the project's progress and efficiency exceeded expectations. At the end of the meeting, President Qiu Yun put forward several requirements: First, to attach great importance to project deepening and strive to increase product added value. This means thoroughly summarizing and analyzing the projects, deeply exploring the advantages of the products, and refining and strengthening the advantageous products. Second, to pay attention to the development status of each base, fully utilize the potential of each base, and form a synergy to ensure output. Third, to continuously increase technological innovation, deeply explore product upgrades and process improvements, and provide support from the technical team for the trial of new products and processes. Fourth, to do a good job in labor cost accounting and personnel allocation, further reduce operating costs, and improve management efficiency.

The meeting came to an end in a warm atmosphere. All the staff  will unite their efforts, overcome difficulties, strive to achieve our various work goals for 2025, and promote Ziking's high-quality development to a new level.
